Listed below is a list of foods (along with point totals) that I have been eating while following my weight loss plan.  I only listed foods that have point values.  All fruits and vegetables are worth 0 points.  All diet soda and 0 calorie drinks are also worth 0 points:

Day 1
Breakfast: cereal (special K) with ½ cup milk - 4
Snack: Fiber One bar - 4
Lunch: Tuna cheese melt sandwich with baked lays – 9
Snack: crackers with laughing cow cream cheese - 4
Dinner: Salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, chicken & low fat dressing - 8
Snack: almonds – 4

Day 2
Breakfast: 2 eggs – 4, 1 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter - 4
Snack: blue berry delights rice cakes - 3
Lunch: sandwich on whole wheat toast with lettuce, tomato, cheese & ham – 7
Snack: FiberOne brownie - 2
Dinner: Pork chop – 3, rice- 6
Snack: low fat popcorn - 4

Day 3
Breakfast: yogurt, yoplait light - 3
Snack: Special K bar - 2
Lunch: bean & cheese quesadilla - 7
Snack: TLC choc chip/oatmeal cookie - 3
Dinner: Steak – 5, sweet potato - 4
Snack: pretzel crisps - 3

Day 4
Breakfast: fruit smoothie - 3
Snack: FiberOne bar - 4
Lunch: turkey pepperoni, cheese & crackers - 8
Snack: WW ice-cream bar -4
Dinner: chicken with red potatoes - 9
Snack: yogurt - 2

Day 5
